87 - Caetano Veloso - Caetano Veloso

Self titled album by Brazilian champion Caetano Veloso recorded in 1968 is well among my favorites in the Brazilian context and Tropicalia in particular...

although it's Transa album is forever un-dethronable.

(and I am waiting in earnest for the time I will grab a lossless copy... soon...stick around!)

Really some wicked tunes in here... Alegria, Alegria, for instance...
I hear the Velvet Underground in Latin garb...quite psychedelic for that alone!
