GENERAL NON-SENSE

I'll be posting here what's on my mind...  general non-sense and sometimes even worst.

June 2011

On Lucid Dreaming:

"Q: Sir, what are waking and dream states and what is the distinction between the two?

A: Ramji, the state wherein the existence of objects is experienced for a long time, is called the waking state, and where the perception doesn't stay for long is called the dream state. The difference between the two states is of duration only. The nature of experience is the same in both states."

This quote from the Sri Yoga Vasishtha carries the main element to help us assimilate the cosmic concept of Lucid Dreaming in our daily (and more) experience.
Yogis of yore - well able to concentrate for extended periods of time, often days at a stretch - delivered some pearls of knowledge to the common men through the writing of scriptures and the founding of Yoga schools.
Fundamentally, their message is about the overcoming of the outward mental tendency, and the cultivating of the inward mental tendency.
When one seeks Yoga (unity), one has to bring the mind backward... to the source. Where it came from.
Concentrating in that manner for some time with a pure intention, one will attain to the state of meditation, or Yoga.
This has been refered too as Enlightenment, the Opening of the Heart, or Mystical experience... some would say Lucid Dreaming.
When Ur consciousness stabilizes itself in the 8 Hearts/8 Hertz Universal Harmonic Frequency, which is produced by the human heart electricity in meditation states, that vibration stimulates Ur pineal gland into production of DMT and Harmaline among other neurotransmitters which are accepted by modern science to be responsible for inner brain imagery in particular and DNA/RNA functioning and reprograming in general.
In other words, U vibrate at a much higher rate, which generates new chemical reactions in Ur system.
In that superconductive flow, the Shaman or Yogi will further concentrate as to percieve Unity, the interconnectedness of All things.
This is somewhat similar to what anyone can achieve by becoming aware of dreaming while asleep.
The dreamer who becomes aware of dreaming is in fact awakened in her/his own sleep state. And when this happens, the ability to fly in the dream, or to affect virtually & practically any change in the content of the dream, becomes a valid option.
That is possible because upon awakening, the dreamer merges with the dream...s/he becomes the 'awareness of dreaming'.
So, very simply, when the wo/man of Yoga becomes aware during this dream of the day we call our life, that it is a dream indeed - rather than the fixed, material world it seems to be - then s/he becomes awaken or enlightened. Which implies that one can, by concentration, affect any change to the Universe WE live in...or just fly away to the next.

If this is a matter of deep interest to U...pls download the Pdf of "The Unity Keys of Emmanuel" which I painstakingly reproduced from an original copy. It is the most incredibly complete writing on all things relating to Immortality. Ananda, the author also refers a lot to Lucid Dreaming in a spiritual sense right from the first chapter.
