Keith Jarrett 's most inspiring record for me is Changeless , as I had the Cd during the time I spent in Paris, back in 1989.
Since it is the 48th record released by the prolific pianist, after 20 years of jazz career, one could admitedly ask : but why this album? So here is the catch...
I lived for few moons with this girl who's parents came from Mali and Guadalupe... and we would make love only on this particular music.
Her father had a dog...an Afghan Hound named Alexander
who use to sit on his bottom on the sofa,
straight with the front legs joined , watching TV just like U and Me!! ,,, just more calm.
The man was fond of playing Pachelbel's Canon overnight on repeat mode
and would make me swallow gallons of a strong (non alcoholic) Ginger brew
which He was fabricating quite proudly, in hope for progeny!
